We cannot live in a world that is not our own, in a world that is interpreted for us by others. An interpreted world is not a home. Part of the terror is to take back our own listening, to use our own voice, to see our own light.” ~Hildegard of Bingen

The Writing Incubator V Orange

You can’t force creatives into a box. If you try, they’ll no longer be creative. And no one will want your box. ~Ryan Lilly

The Writing Incubator is a “Feminine” Process within a “Masculine” Container. We all have masculine and feminine energy, a balance of Doing and Being. If what you want is to set a task and complete a writing project, you can do that here. (With fourteen books self-published on Amazon in ten years and facilitating or co-facilitating ten projects with groups of women, I know how to get shit done! I also know how to stay in the mystery and let the stories bubble up.)

In the Writing Incubator, there are writing labs, structure and accountability you can access and utilize. And…I am inviting you into the power of staying with the feminine process.  Use The Writing Incubator to tune into the feminine process of feelings, intuition, and creativity. Go deeper with your writing. Follow the sensation. Connect with your soul and inner wisdom. Allow room for new ideas and solutions to be birthed. Begin with the desire that is stirring inside of you.

To understand what The Writing Incubator is: Imagine that you are spending 4 months in an on-line community of creative people. Every day, a writing prompt is offered for breakfast. You read it and let it open your senses, like an appetizer. If you have a writing project, let it stir something about your writing. You decide where to place your attention next. Connect with your desire. Use the resources that are offered. The community calls for connection. The writing labs to process your writing, “workshop” a writing project to the next step, accountability for finishing a project. Using Facebook Live as an ongoing Open Mic Night to read your words out loud to the group, whenever you want to. All of the tools are optional. You choose what you want to use to support your writing projects and life process.

What is your desire?

Do you have a writing project or a creative art project?

Do you want to write a book, start a blog, increase email communication?

If you have a project, where are you in the process? Do you have a deadline for completion or are you organically following the inspiration of a project that is evolving?

Do you want to use writing as a tool to process and explore something in your life?

Whatever the desire, the process is the same. In this 4 month writing container, you explore your thoughts, feelings, ideas and inspirations. It is a space to write and connect with other people who are writing.

Writing is a powerful tool of exploration and discovery with or without a project. In the writing, we unravel all the ideas to uncover what’s inside. Using inspiration from quotes by spiritual and business leaders and writers such as: Amanda Palmer, Martin Luther King, Jr, SARK, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, Marianne Williamson, Jean Houston, Deepak Chopra, Elizabeth Gilbert, Jack Canfield, Barbara Marx Hubbard and many more, the daily prompt is a reflection of ideas to stir the pot.
